Terms and Conditions

I, [“the Member”] do hereby voluntarily give my express consent to the Organiser and/or its affiliates, to use all or any of my personal data and information, such as, name, telephone number, postal or email address [“Personal Data”] as provided to the Organiser, upon the following terms:

1. The Personal Data of the Member shall be used by the Organiser for the purposes of sending communication materials to the Member, including but not limited to, direct mailers, emails, Short Messaging Service and/or telephone calls.
2. The Organiser may engage the service of third parties to process the Member’s Personal Data. All such third parties are contractually obliged not to use the Member’s Personal Data for any other purpose, other than as specified herein.
3. The Member has the right, at any time, to:
   • withdraw his/her consent for the use of the Personal Data;
   • to request for any correction/update of the Personal Data;
   • raise any general queries regarding the use of his/her Personal Data;

4. The Organiser shall take all reasonable precautions to keep the Member’s Personal Data secure and similarily require any third party data processors to do the same.
5. The Organiser shall ensure that all Personal Data is destroyed or permanently deleted if no longer required for the purposes for which it was to be processed.
6. The Organiser may release the Member’s Personal Data, if required to do so by applicable law or governmental regulation or by any competent body or authority.
