This calculates the number of calories that you need, your Body Mass Index (BMI)
and recommended daily

The calculations are based on the Recommended Nutrient Intakes (RNI) for
Malaysia 2005. A report of the Technical Working Group on Nutritional
Guidelines, National Coordinating Committee on Food and Nutrition, Ministry of
Health Malaysia.

The waist
circumference calculator is a guide for the proportion of body fat stored
around your waist.
|
 |
 |
NOTE: BMI is a standardized ratio of weight to
height, and is often used as a general indicator of health.
The BMI is a calculation of your weight in relation to your height. This
calculation can be used by adults.
It is not a reliable test for children, women who are pregnant or
breastfeeding, or serious / professional sports people.
NOTE:
Accurate determination of the Calories you need can only be accomplished by
individual physiological testing.

Energy
One of the reason we eat food is for energy. Every reaction in the cell, every
muscle movement, every nerve impulse requires energy. ACTIGEN-E® in MILO®
Powder helps to optimize the release of energy from food.
Protein
A mug of MILO® is high in protein, providing 11% of a child’s recommended daily
protein intake to build and repair tissues that are essential for growth and
development. It is the friend all kids should have.
Calcium
Having high calcium in food is not enough because we need to ensure that
calcium is absorbed well in our bodies. Magnesium is usually added into the
calcium-containing product because they help the body to absorb calcium more
efficiently.
Vitamin
C
Foods in the vegetables and fruits group give us vitamins and minerals, which
help to boost the immune system, support growth and development, and also help
cells and organs do their job.
